How do I connect WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram?

From your dashboard, send us your page, your Instagram account and your WhatsApp Business number and we link them for you. The agent then answers there. Messages on every channel cost the same ৳0.15 and land in the same inbox.

How do I add my products?

Send a CSV, an Excel sheet, a photo of your catalogue or a PDF from the dashboard, or attach it to the agent in chat. The AI reads names, prices, sizes, colours and images and shows you a preview. You approve it and the products are live in about two minutes. You can also add or edit products one by one.

How does the wallet work?

The wallet is prepaid. Each message the agent handles costs ৳0.15 or £0.02, and every new store starts with 50 welcome messages. Top up by card whenever you like; your balance and the messages it covers are always visible at the top of the dashboard.

How do my customers pay?

Cash on delivery is on from day one. Connect your Stripe account from Settings and the agent also sends a secure card checkout inside the chat; card orders are marked Paid when the payment clears. More payment methods will be added later and announced here.

Which couriers can I use?

RedX, Pathao and Steadfast. You connect your own courier account, so rates, pickups and parcels stay yours. When an address needs a delivery area, the order tells you before anything is sent.

Is there a plan or a monthly fee?

No. There are no plans and nothing to pick. Every store gets the whole product and pays per message from its prepaid wallet. When the balance runs low the dashboard reminds you to top up, and the agent pauses only if the wallet reaches zero.
